Various changes for refactoring and safer updated to Drupal 9.

• Refiners have two new properties: Themes & Weight.
• YamlDiscovery has been added for Refiners. They can now be discovered in Themes.

• Example module has been updated to fit with changes to refiner structure.

Changes since 8.x-1.1:

Adjusted the core functionality of the module to follow the same principles as Steven Buteneers' Preprocess module..

The core issue with my previous approach was tackling the Template File as opposed to the hook. The result of this is that hook_suggestions weren't properly covered (or fully covered).
