Issue #3034964 by webdrips, ivnish: Gallery Settings Empty

Fixes an issue with commerce integration when creating new payment gateways.

If you the IndieAuth module is enabled, make sure you run update.php or drush updb.
A new submodule is available for managing contacts. This is currently only used in the micropub ?q=contact query.

Changes since 8.x-1.6:

• Webmention: trusted domains to autoapprove comments
• IndieAuth: add PKCE support
• Micropub: allow managing contacts via micropub
• Webmention: use query builder for getting existing syndication
• Micropub: harden check on geocoder service

Added an important fix that caused error when updating the module to version alpha5 without the HAL module enabled.

Compatibility with Drupal 8.8.x and Drupal 8.7.x

This issue will make the constructor overwrite more robust for future updates.
