Fixes a bug when editing an existing element in CKEditor did not properly trigger a change to the textarea value.

Issues

This release adds two fixes:

• Fixed an update process that may prevent some users from updating from 8.x-2.13 if they I have a restrictive timeout/memory limit for running updates.
• Fixed content settings form that may make you disable your bundles for Lingotek translation accidentally if you have more than 50 bundles AND you save the content settings form for saving changes in default profiles and/or moderation settings.

This release is compatible with Drupal 8.6.x and above.
