Release notes

This release primarily fixes #3100935: "Call to a member function getEditable() on null" during acquia_connector_cron . There are no other user-facing changes in this release.

You may need to clear caches after updating, as a service definition has changed. If you are an Acquia BLT user or otherwise change your deployment identifier, no cache clear is required. Acquia recommends always using a deployment identifier to avoid having to manually rebuild the service cache.
