Fix Module category

A migration path from Drupal 7 is here. The module can now be migrated from the 7.x-2.1 (currently latest 7.x) version.

It's also possible to migrate from the latest 7.x-1.x directly. If it doesn't work for you, then you first need to update to the latest stable 7.x-2.x release.

This includes an important change from 1.1 that should help avoid errors when clearing the caches on large sites.

• #3118489 by DamienMcKenna: Use a regular index, not 'unique' one.

This includes a few minor changes since rc1. As always, a huge thanks to everyone for collaborating on this release, we hope it proves stable for all sites.
