Fix a bug related to creating events (using a variable before it exists).

Modify the scheduled event initialisation to simplify it.

Fix the following tickets:

This release comes with a couple really big changes. First, there's a new submodule called crossword_image that provides a new plugin type for creating various thumbnail images from a crossword file. The included plugin types create a blank thumbnail, a blank numbered thumbnail, and a solution thumbnail. Second, crossword_media has been modified such that it uses the crossword_image to generate media thumbnails.
