Bug fixes

Fixed an issue with challenge JS settings being cached. Caused data for some user to be later shown and used for everyone else.
Also changed order of challenged on "mine" page to show the newest one at the top.

Added handling of correct urls.

Earlier versions did only use the correct frontend domain when saving content, not when viewing content. This release fixes that issue.

Minor update to fix handling of domain names to handle an arbitrary number of sub-domains.

Release for fixing bugs, some typos and small new features. All issues included listed below:
