autologout 7.x-4.6

Release for fixing bugs, some typos and small new features. All issues included listed below:

1. #2750147: Fix typo in api.php
2. #2678666: User is directed back to "destination" and not the actual page they were on after login
3. #3017632: Inactivity message is shown multiple times when multiple tabs are open
4. #2769219: Autologout doesn't play nicely with ThemeKey
5. #2921466: Reset message box not shown on admin pages
6. #2755495: D7 - Make default timeout padding agree with WCAG 2.0 requirements
7. #2881450: Change watchdog key
8. #2881454: Don't show roles table if role timeout not enabled
9. #2863161: Add hook to allow altering of redirect URL and query

11. #2687571: Disable redirection and reload the same page instead
12. #2739114: Change warning message to be more user friendly
13. #3081421: Disable autologout based on logged in user IP address
