This release includes:

• RequeueException causing endless cron runs

Some improvements for the option

- Fixed two security issues related to transaction edition
- Implemented part of the /transactions endpoint of the komunitin accounting protocol API (read, create, delete).

• Added optional browser-sync support (#3129575)
• Fixed "postinstall script fails when running `npm install`" (#3129453)

Fixed non-existing entity filtering during path lookup.
