Fixed issues:

#3150195: apiVideoData() not support /secret/-url scheme

This is probably the last 4.x release. 4.x branch will recieve only maintenance fixes in the future.

We are moving to v5 which is being rebuilt from the ground up and will become a default branch.

4.x branch will not be compatible with v5.

• Replace div which is causing visibility tabs not saved.

Fixed #3046928: anonymous request to invalid path can cause crash "UnexpectedValueException: External URLs do not have an internal route name"
