Improved Drupal 9 compatibility.

Bug fix:
#3169300: Composer packages not installed, "Class ..\ContainerBase not found".

- 3143462 - Add core_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9 to otp_login.info.yml
- 3141314 - Fixing an error mentioned by @lawxen, while installing module on drupal 9

• Add hook_uninstall
• Provide site settings support
• Add more Functional tests

Bug fixes mostly and a first stable release for 7.x-2.x. Big thanks to Ron for testing and pointing out which issues would be low hanging fruit!
