Bug fixes

• Added a page to view all the body classes used in the website.
• Page can be accessed from /admin/config/development/body_class
• Added permissions to get more control to view the all body classes.
• In db table body_class, reduced css_class length to 55 from 255.

Support Drupal 9 and require Drupal 8.8 or newer.
