Optimization of the form element alteration.

Break change in the service method definitions.
That hasn't to brake the functionality for the project, which uses this module, but in case if the module service was extended - make sure that calls to the formPrepareButtons and prepareCallbacks method was updated.

Fixed issue with missed annotation in tests.

Added feature for the development mode: the list of detected form IDs contains only not jet configured items.

The module has been updated for compatibility with the current version of the "Rules" module.
Also, was added the "webform_fields_unchanged" variable that can be used in the "Updating a submission" event.

Found issue with zero'd out cells. Added attempt to suppress a row/column with at least something for a total value.

Fix schema error so it enables during install.
