Bug fixes

Main changes:

- Better styles for the config/people page.
- Adjustment to block layout page
- Fix issues with ui-dialog and linkit fields.
- Fixed broken image path for icon.

This is the first release with Drupal 9 support.

Warning: This release drops support for Drush versions < 9. If you're still on Drush 8, say because you're using Aegir*, please open an issue to bring back support (and ideally provide a patch).
