Bug fixes

First version. Let's get feedback to move it to stable!

This release fixes some links that were dead because the Adaptive Themes site is no longer up.

This release covers a number of bug fixes from previous releases.

• Modifies CSV generation to lower the amount of time a batch process will run.
• Modifies BigQuery submission to account for multiline responses.
• Modifies survey form display to limit request to the server on page load
• Modifies survey form submission to clean up some garbage characters
• Removes unnecessary checks

Bulk editing feature

We added the ability to edit all images in a gallery. With this feature you can for example change the copyright for all images at once.
