Changed patches to support the new Drupal 9 version.

This is the first Mailchimp release with Drupal 9 compatibility. The 2.x series will be the recommended & supported version for all Drupal 8 and 9 sites.

Core requirements are Drupal 8.7.7 or greater.

Improvements have been made to translation in the Mailchimp interface, GDPR behavior, and Campaign UX, along with Drupal 9 compatibility.
