Bug fixes

This release fixes:
- Issue #3161437: Incompatible with Drupal commerce

First beta release of Commerce File which depends on the latest tagged Commerce License alpha version.

Note that upgrading from a dev version might not be easily feasible as breaking changes were introduced.

Issue #3194593 by lunk rat: PHP 8 TypeError when calling abs()

This release fixes the patches that are no longer valid in rc2. It does contain one more patch to Search API solr, which is required for the status page to work correctly:

Once that patch is fixed, we should be able to roll a full release.
