* Added ability to disable internal request tokens
* Added improved onboarding process: internal networking validation on config screen
* Automatically create canonical taxonomy term redirects (e.g from /taxonomy/term/1 to /alias)
* Simplified standard pagination selectors
* Bugfix: Trim revision log messages to 255 chars (Quant API limit)

Removed deprecated 'Symfony\Component\EventDispatcher\Event' argument hinting to make both that and the replacement interface acceptable.
