Bug fixes

Updating the status checks.
Fixed http://drupal.org/node/201547 No longer using get_header(). Thanks schultkl.
Fixed http://drupal.org/node/199920 PHP4 doesn't like default values for references.
Creating test file in private folder.

Various bug fixes, usability and theming improvements:

fixed a validation problem. rather than release new tags, it looks like I should have done only dev releases since I've had to fix several small bugs. oh well.

#191530 - removed code that aligned blocks to "left" region.
- Slightly altered PHP code to test which menu to display. Code is structured better, and menus now appear on group homepages
- Added wrapper function for og_is_group_type($type) for displaying of menu

This release includes all corrections from Imago. Thanx for his efforts!
