Bug fixes

This is a stable release.

1. added RSS icons
2. added poll styles
3. added support for the advanced forum module
4. fixed book menu, and contrib menu blocks
5. fixed issue with <u> tag CSS
6. fixed logo png transparency issue
7. moved page title code from page.tpl.php to template.php

Changes since DRUPAL-5--1-1:

• fix updating blocks that are either disabled or in unused themes.
• #152819: Module .info files should not define 'version' in CVS
• update name in .info
• fix indentation found by coder
• don't create cache for disabled blocks
• fix civicrm_cron to be civicrm_countblock_cron
