Bug fixes

First working release for Drupal 5. Sorry about that last release; still getting the hang of CVS.

Fixed two bugs:

• Codes given in the URL were being ignored.
• Administrator had trouble creating users because it was incorrectly adding the "user" promotion from the URL.

First official stable release. Now works in IE6, IE7, FF1, FF2 and Opera.

Don't download this one. There it contains the wrong stylesheet.
