Adds supports for multiple user pages.

Needs testing. Pay special attention to menu-related issues.

Note that the 'view all mysites' permission has changed to 'view mysite'.

Note: this version is already outdated as of 30-DEC-2007. Best to test with HEAD.

Several fixes from RC1.

Default image support should be fixed now.
There should be an Empty Image filter for views now.
The delete checkbox value should be maintained between uploads.

New features will go here after being tested in the -dev version. As of Jan. 4, 2007, consider this release "not ready for prime time."
