Bug fixes

The first Alpha for YAGM.
There are still lots of features to go, but this release is just marking the module as "useable".

We handle bug #231151: info module contains string error by changing the string in the info file.

Added /index.php in block links.
Please, download also the latest smf_api_2 archive from http://vgb.org.ru/download with corresponding changes.
Added creation of new link in DB connection instead of mysql_pconnect.
Updated README.txt.

*Job prioritization* by function. Implementing hook_job_queue_functions() provides your function with a human-readable name and opportunity to prioritize.

*De-duping*. A new argument to job_queue_add() prevents duplicate jobs from being added, off by default.

Bug fix, empty-filed jobs work again.
