Initial release of theme, supporting sidebars on both sides.

-fixed bug when float was set to the opposite of what it needed to be
-moved left menu after breadcrumb

This developer’s release.

You can now use one sidebar on either the left or the right. There is a restriction because of the fixed width nature of the theme.
