Bug fixes

This is the next aggregate of bug fixes and feature requests.

This will usually be a stable version with the latest features and bug fixes. The aggregates of several changes will result in a new official release.

added native-drupal logo support

Brown paper bag release. Include _update function to flush the menu cache so it's possible to navigate to the new administrative menus.
