Fixed a bug where items with the same name though different parents are not imported.

1.1 introduced a new bug, which may cause the execution of actions even if the conditions weren't matched. Because of this, there is this early 1.3 release, which fixes the bug.

Note that there is no 1.2 release because of troubles creating it: http://drupal.org/node/192422
So 1.3 follows 1.1.

There are still issues with the rollout module, particularly when a form redirects a user to another page on submitting. Please test the module, and post any issues to the modules home page.

Fixing a nasty bug that I didn't notice until I released the 1.0 version of the module. This release just addresses http://drupal.org/node/192618
