Fixed support for query rewrites on queries generated by the Faceted Search Views module.

Now that the D5 version is complete and stable, this dev snapshot will contain only bug fixes. It should be safe to use as changes will be minimal but always test it first on a development site before deploying on a live site.

Fixed display of invalid node links on preview page, fixed hotkey search arrays with overlapping indices

The access control is now working for
- create annotation: the annotation forms comes visible
- read published annotations: the tab is only visible for this role.

A little rework on the theme_annotation_item
- got rid of check_plain
- added a few annotation-* classes
