Changes:

• Add Gyumri and Yerevan (both Armenia) to ICAO codes. Thanks to Joseph K and Mark Tonino for the information and research. Closes: #229229

#189324 Added descendancy tree.inc by microbe and corrected profile field erros from #226148.

- #213837 raised by tylermoody - Fixed SQL query in split_test.install. Removed default='0' on auto in primary key.
- Neatened up the menus and moved them into the settings menu.
- Fixed the paths on all the pages.
- Fixed winning and losing colors. Now the winning theme should always appear as green and the losing as red.
