Bring 5.x version up to 1.0 to match 6.x versioning.
#247198: Titles Only View -> Links. Displaying as titles now works. Minor bugfix.

Small release, not featuring a lot of changes but still some important ones:

Updated defaults. Now the module should work without configuration. I might require configuration again in the future, since this adds a bit of overhead.
Fixed uninstall. Variables are now removed properly.
Fixed menus.

- add admin style, clone from garland.
- update large screenshot.
- reposition code layout, clone from garland.
- revamp page region handling, clone from garland.
