- Fixed bug: notifications_queue not respecting 'Notify poster of own posts' setting

Fix some crop scaling issues introduced with crop transparency support.
Add transparency preservation on crop.
autoscale width/height if either is 0 according to aspect ratio.
remove defunct imagick toolkit.
