Bug fixes

Changes since DRUPAL-5--1-3:

• Fixed error caused by recursive calls to token_replace_multiple().
• Fixed Drupal coding standards violations.
• Changed name to Viewfield for consistency.

Admin delete function wasn't working.

Fixed a serious bug that was liable to slow down some websites. Upgrade is much recommended.

New admin section, now considered essentially feature complete.

New release fixes some bugs.
