Bug fixes

This is the first official release of the rewrite by Amitaibu which is more stable and better coded than the previous version. Users of the 5.x-3.x version can safely upgrade to this version.

Updated Upgrade instructions in README.txt.

- bugfix fluid width implementation.
- bugfix primary menu height and background.
- RTL update for FF3, IE7, Opera9 and Safari3 (thanks for Zohar).
- RTL default with Layout-1/3/5 (mirror implementation of LTR).
- add complete layout example in custom.example.css.
- bugfix header and primary menu position, based on RTL concern.

- sync with 6.x-1.x-dev.

Please do no use this release! It has a bug that causes fatal errors.

Changes since DRUPAL-6--1-0-beta3:

• #266314 (Bo Kleve) Fix fatal error and check that i18n is enabled before trying to disable it's query rewriting.
• #270337 Add a setting to hide the translation status message.

Still not recommend for production sites, but some major bugs have been removed.
