Bug fixes

My changes were not committed with the previous release. trying again.

This release includes some fairly big changes to the admin interface, including the ability to add and remove tabs and rearrange the order of tabs. It also adds a jQuery effects feature and fixes some minor bugs such as the css which prevented the settings radio buttons from showing up in IE6.

I fixed the Preview!

Added support for select elements, #tree is supported (not perfectly). Most all form elements are now properly turned into YUI button elements and look pretty good on the Garland theme. Additional CSS styling would be necessary to make it look perfect.

Fixed a major typo.

Fixed bug in tipjoy_update_1. Was not returning an array.
