Fix problem with performance page cache conflict setting.

Completely rewritten version which uses its own iDEAL library — this means no more messing around with ING Connector and ThinMPI. Also new is the ability to automatically execute acceptance tests for new iDEAL contracts. Stale iDEAL statuses (which are caused by a user closing his browser before returning to the webshop) are updated by hook_cron. Orders with failed iDEAL transactions are automatically cancelled.

• By kiam: Corrected the return value of nodewords_admin_update_6100().

This release is supposed to be used to allow updating to version 6.x-1.12 and higher (or to version 6.x-12-beta9 and higher); it is not supposed to be installed to be regularly used.

- Added content type + author subscriptions and some shorthand functions.
- Added Custom Notifications and Content type extension modules
- New template testing feature (for node events) in Notifications Tools
- Extended notifications_* hooks, easier coding and performance improvements

Complete rewrite of the module. Use and test this version. Please, uninstall the previous version, not just disable, uninstall before installing this module.
