First release failed to upload correctly

* The module would generate an error about a duplicate row once in a while. I added a table lock to avoid the problem.

Fix misspellings

FIXES:

1. Issue with the global write setting not saving has been fixed (http://drupal.org/node/743874).

NEW FEATURES

1. Added a "Group details (For Open Write)" block. This allows users to see all group options if the group is open-write and are not subscribed.

Changes since DRUPAL-6--1-12-BETA7:

• By kiam: Removed extra characters.
• By kiam: Corrected the reference to a mistyped constant.

This release is supposed to be used to allow updating to version 6.x-1.12 and higher (or to version 6.x-12-beta9 and higher); it is not supposed to be installed to be regularly used.
