#813966: URLs not showing up

Issues Fixed:

* Fixed the use of the pattern for the filenames entered in each PADFile and used to add a link to your nodes.
* Small optimization
* Comment cleanups

The only actual change from beta1 is to remove the dependency on jquery_update, which seemed to have been resolved when the jquery-translate was updated.

First fully functional version of this module!

In short, downloading the MadMimi API Client library, registering with MadMimi.com, and enabling this module will start sending your Drupal emails through their service.

Things on the agenda for this module: Some more refined error handling, and clear step by step instructions on configuration.

* Fixed which menu is presented according to the settings (duh!) #809546: Upgraded to 6.x-1.5, now wrong menu is showing up!
* Delete simplemenu Multi-menu variables on uninstall().
