Bug fixes

there was some debugging stuff left, that broke the breadcrumb functionality

The following items were fixed in this release:

• #817102: fix omega_breadcrumb in template.php
• #817214: fix page title rendering in preprocess

The second 6.x release with bug fixes, ready for further testing and feedback.

fix onload element order #815912: Order of elements on load is not respected
fix remove last item #815942: impossible to remove the last referenced item

Fixing issues with new internal/frontpage content layout feature.
Making the content zone preprocess a bit smarter as well.

• Colons are now removed from form labels and field labels.
• Fixed a reference to throbber.gif in system.css.
