Changed default order of slideshow to none, so order of view is used by default

Fix issue where the presets didn't work unless a rule was entered.

The code should finally be usable now. Lesson learned: test on a live site before releasing code.

Fixed issue where site would whitescreen due to UTF-8 encoding.

Fixes Font Squirrel unzip bug, which made Font Squirrel fonts not work (without a complex workaround) on systems that support unzip.
