Chart in the same language as the website, use json_encoding function to get options from PHP into JavaScript (all options now are in $csa array), some scale options for annotated timelines are implemented (Thanks to Cyberwolf for very useful suggestions).
"Table" and "Treemap" was added but without customization options at the moment.

Remove debug code.

Branch 2.x for new features.
