New features

This pre-release primarily replaces the legacy overlay tint pseudo effect with a true CSS3 colorMatrix filter and contains bug fixes.

Marking the current state of the code as the first "this works" release, it already has quite a set of features for the 'fallback' job it has been made for. But likely more bugs and other improvements will follow.

First "it works" release with the expectancy of (minor) bugs or race conditions I haven't thought up. However, it definitely is worth giving a shot.
