• Issue #2562751: handle multiple simultaneous PURGE requests
• Issue #2644756: Purge does not work if domain is locally binded to 127.0.0.1

Changes in this new version:

• Now you can provide a return url on the settings page. After finishing a donation, the user will be redirected back to this url.
• Fixed a bug with the charities accepting donations, using new information provided by the API server.
