Addition of toolbar readability

The second release candidate fixes a number of bugs, one of the most important ones is fixing a bug in the XLIFF API that affects file and also other translators that rely on it.

The XLIFF export/import API includes a number of improvements that are required by the new versions of the OneHourTranslation and thebigword translators.

A new feature provides the ability for providers to have a logo that is shown in the overview and translator settings and checkout pages.

This version includes the basic functionality Session Tracking, Contacts and Analytics Dashboard.

The 3.x branches of the Views TimelineJS module were created to work with version 3 of the TimelineJS library, known as TimelineJS3. TimelineJS3 has several enhancements over the previous version and the module has been updated to take advantage of a number of them. Additional fields and settings may be added in future versions.
