Added ability for CKEditor plugin to accept multilingual HTML attributes inside of a body field (but outside of the embedded widgets).

We now have custom fonts (also known as the local_fonts module) functionality! This allows you to create custom fonts which can be exported/imported via the configuration api. We also have various bug fixes included in the beta release.
