First Beta Release

The module is now feature complete for a 1.0 launch! There will be a short beta period while extensive QA is conducted, but watch this space. Changes since alpha 2:

Fixes a minor 508 compatibility issue. Prior version assigned the category machine name to the category div wrapper "title" attribute and used that data for it's Javascript interaction with the pull down. Now it uses the Javascript object index of the menu items and pulldowns to fulfill that requirement. Freeing up the "title" attribute to contain the category's display title.

Also added an optional url field for main menu items when the megamenu event trigger is set to "hover". If set to "click", no url is available, for obvious reasons.
