First commit of Drupal 8 version of this module

Important feature:

• Search cache is being invalidated on node, user and term save. So after any term permission update, the search results will be also affected. So people do not need to wait, until Drupal core issue https://www.drupal.org/node/2784135 is solved.
• As usual, a bit of code cleanup. Re-ordered the functions in .module file a bit.

The first release candidate for Pathauto fixes a fatal error for users with forum module, fixes a bug with Lightning-based sites and adds a new feature to only delete automatically generated aliases.

Additionally, Pathauto now only updates the alias for an entity if it is the default revision, this improves integration with Content moderation and similar modules.
