Release notes

The first release candidate for Pathauto fixes a fatal error for users with forum module, fixes a bug with Lightning-based sites and adds a new feature to only delete automatically generated aliases.

Additionally, Pathauto now only updates the alias for an entity if it is the default revision, this improves integration with Content moderation and similar modules.
