New features

Adds two new custom permissions:

• "use ck injector" - allows users to access the module's AJAX callback routes and hence use the CK Content Injector plugin
• "administer ck injector" - allows users to configure the CK Content Injector

Previously, a user had to have the "administer nodes" permission to interact with the CK Content Injector module.

Add advanced option to configure created date format on export.

Moves theme templates to unified theme function for easier override of kWidget config.
Adds bitrate and playback speed as plugin options.

The third alpha release for Redirect includes a major refactoring of the functionality merged from the Global Redirect project and unified into a generic route/url normalization. Various settings have been removed.

This might eventually get into Drupal core as part of the following issue: #2641118: Route normalizer: Global Redirect in core.
