New features

Refactored, added clasess for menu tree and menu leaf. Added new feature, a warning if user add a node under a term, and not to its parents. This is user configurable in the admin form.

Stable release

In this release we renamed the plugin from yoti_connect to yoti, changed Yoti default username to YotiUser-x and user email to yotiuser-x.
