First beta release of the completely rewritten Commerce checkout login module.

The module provides a new checkout pane (Account) for Drupal Commerce. This pane allows the customer to do one of the following:

• Log into an existing account
• Enter account information to be used for their new account, which is created upon completing the checkout process
• Optionally continue checkout as a guest without creating a new account.
