New features

- Introducing presets. User now can choose from available presets for toolbar. Visibility of presets can be set per roles on adminic toolbar settings page. Administrators need update yml naming to [MODULE_NAME][PRESET_KEY].toolbar.yml.
- Intoducing special preset which id generated from menu
- Introducing actions button for clearing caches, run cron and update database
- Updated privileges
- Toolbar plugins can be set on primary sections, secondary sections, tabs and links
- Fixed problem with roles, when administrator see own values on user forms

Webform result emails (Ticket #66)
Webform results will now send emails in HTML by default, allowing to add your own styling to the results making it more readable.

Filter adding blocks (Ticket #64)
When adding blocks to a certain page the list can be really long and this will take a while to find the correct block. Now a filter has been added where you can search for the blockname that you want to add.

Added friendship entity.
